Um homem procurou a Polícia Miitar em Espera Feliz após vender um aparelho celular para o Sr. JLC pela quantia de R$ 150,00 que lhe foi paga no momento da negociação e uma botija de gás, que o ficou de lhe entregar posteriormente, contudo, não o fez.
O homem disse também, que teria combinado com o Sr. JLC de entregar o carregador do celular assim que recebesse a botija de gás, entretanto, ao cobrar a referida botija, o Sr. JLC lhe tomou o carregador do celular e lhe ameaçou de morte dizendo que iria lhe encher de tiro caso voltasse a cobrá-lo.
O suspeito confirmou para a PM ter comprado o aparelho celular, mas que não entregou a ele a botija de gás porque o aparelho celular estaria com defeito, e que confiscou o carregador do celular, mas negou que tenha feito ameaças a ele.
Diante da situação, o carregador do celular foi apreendido e ao Sr. JLC foi dada voz de prisão pelos delitos de ameaça e exercício arbitrário das próprias razões, sendo-lhe informado de seus direitos constitucionais na presença de testemunhas.
Devido a vítima ter relatado que o autor lhe ameaçou de morte com tiros, com o intuito de verificar se ele possui arma de fogo, duas testemunhas foram acionadas para acompanharem buscas dentro do bar do suspeito, onde foram encontradas dentro do banheiro interno do bar (de uso particular), atrás do vaso sanitário, 10 (dez) pedras de substância bege semelhante a crack, 03 (três) tabletes de substância esverdeada semelhante a maconha e 01 (um) papelote de substância esbranquiçada semelhante a cocaína.
Com o autor foram localizados dois aparelhos celulares e quantia de R$ 3.580,00 (três mil, quinhentos e oitenta reais) em moeda corrente. Segundo a PM, existem em desfavor do autor diversas denúncias relacionadas ao tráfico ilícito de drogas, bem como, ter sido preso recentemente por este delito.
Diante dos fatos, foi dada voz de prisão ao autor pelo crime de tráfico ilícito de drogas, sendo ele conduzido ao hospital de Espera Feliz para exame de corpo delito, ao quartel PM para o registro do reds e a delegacia de Polícia Civil de Manhuaçu para as demais providências.
O Sargento Pacheco e o Sargento Villas Boas realizaram apoio e condução do preso e materiais apreendidos até a delegacia de Policia Civil de Manhuaçu.
